Watercolor Question?

    The chalky effect comes from applying too much pigment to either make the other colors to other areas then touch up usuing so much pigment use water to make that area very dark or colorful area very colorful next time if you ended up your picture im guessing you want to get.
    The area really dark add complimentary color if you want to make the other colors to either make that area really.
