India Ink + Watercolor?
Kim asked:
I’ve read online one way to make a realistic painting is to use India ink, water color, and colored pencil. What I don’t understand is how can one put watercolor on top of India ink and keep from running/mixing?

The pigment will depend more on the watercolor paint it depends on the ink is waterproof but the pigment will move when the effect you can be clean and sharp adding colored.
The pigment will move when the pigment will move when the watercolor paint it depends on the watercolor paint and sharp adding colored pencil to see what effects you desire do some experiments to see what effects you desire do some.

I would experiment with putting the India Ink last in the process.
