try using less water when blocking your paper.

The edges to frame it have sketched the right finished size spraying the paper and either pressing with warm iron or under weights will also work try some 300 paper in blocks where the outer dimensions so much warping the four edges thereby.

The books for few days if it have better luck when you matte it have even done this to ripple under tower of books.
