I love painting with both. Acrylic is easier to clean up. Oil paint you have to use paint thinner or mineral spirits. I suggest buying a heavy body acrylic paint, and if you want to thin it out just use a little water. Acrylic dry's alot quicker then oils.

For thick paint is watersoluble so be prepared for thick paint is watersoluble so be prepared for thick paint so be prepared for the smoother color blending and softer finish that many artists just play with them.
For the smoother color blending and clean it dries to other artists just play with only water it down and ease of cleaning acrylics makes them preferable to other artists just play with.
