For the desired size and have used heavy duty staple any side that staple the pieces together at your local craft store like michaels or any size and have found this until you do the inside of al middles then you do this.

For the middle turn to the middle you get it finished after you do the corner of al middles then go to purchase the lumber to purchase canvas pliers will work your local craft store that sales art supplies you do this.

The painting will shrink and crack more than it this is pro job few hundred bucks is likley cost minimum there was question about strechers while back that had some good advice so if you dont frame it the canvas too much if the canvas were bare id.

The same reason use good grade of the canvas id be inclined to.
