What is a free drawing/painting program that would be good for anime drawings?

   Gimp, it’s free and you can download it online- like photoshop but not as good

   yeah i hear gimp is good too. I’m going to do the same thing, but to save money until i know i’m popular i’m just scanning each “layer” step that i do and then put it all in powerpoint and then put that online.
